In 2017, everything I thought was stable in my life crumbled.

After 11 years in a relationship, it ended suddenly, leaving me alone with a house I could no longer afford, $23,000 in debt, and credit cards maxed out from trying to build a future that was no longer mine.

I was scared. Heartbroken. Drowning in “how did I end up here?”

For months, I cried myself to sleep, trying to hold everything together. I had no plan, no savings, and no one to fall back on. Just the weight of a life that didn’t make sense anymore.

And then, a single book cracked something open in me. A Return to Love reminded me that maybe I wasn’t broken. Maybe I had just forgotten who I really was.

That moment changed everything. I decided to stop surviving and start creating. I dove into the world of manifestation, mindset, and energetic alignment. Not as a trendy buzzword, but as my lifeline.

I rewired my beliefs through hypnotherapy. I trained my mind to expect more. I started seeing myself as someone worthy of the kind of life I secretly dreamed about — one with freedom, financial overflow, and deep peace.

And piece by piece, my life began to reflect the shift happening within me.

I built an online business. I traveled. I paid off debt. I left a 14-year healthcare career. I had my first $300k year. Not because I had it all figured out but because I decided to stop letting fear lead, and started letting energy lead.

Now, I help other women do the same.
